The Challenge
Kinsley Dental Associates were facing significant two challenges within their practice. First, they were expanding by adding a new doctors to their practice, and they also wanted to increase their revenue by adding orthodontics to their services.
The Solution
When Dr K. (as his patients call him) came to us, they were burning through cash by investing heavily on a variety of outbound marketing techniques to try and educate educating patients about their offering orthodontics, and the addition of new doctors to their practice, but they had no plan for inbound marketing strategies.
- First we looked at the competition in the area to identify distinguishing areas of their practice in order to craft messages that would not only educate patients, but that will help them stand out from the competition.
- Then we looked at their current outbound marketing techniques to ensure that their brand message would be consistent with their other marketing strategies.
- Finally, we looked at tapping into their greatest resource – existing patients. We created messaging to not only educate current patients, but that also included promotional offers to existing patients for orthodontic services, and additional incentives for patient referrals.
